But you will loose all of your files and folders when you format the hard dive to install win xp
you cannot run 2 operating systems on the one hard drive unless the hard drive is partitioned ( in effect having 2 hard drives on the one disc) as it causes massive conflicts in operation
Why any one would install an out dated , unsupported operating system like win xp in place of win 7 beats me
of course if you insist in doing it you could always install and extra hard drive in the computer and run it as an extra hard drive and install the win xp on it and still retain all of your files and folders

Well this is a simple problem. Your printer isn't compatible with Windows 7. You should have checked that before you switched over.
Check the printer's website for the latest drivers and see if you can find one for Windows 7. But if not, it's a compatibility issue.

You can download drivers and software here

To my knowledge there is not. The software you have for the camera as you found out is not compatible. Windows 7 will have imaging software built in which leaves the only problem being getting the images from the camera to the new PC's hard drive. This can be accomplished using a memory card reader, the computer then looks at this reader as an external hard drive. You can then download the memory card files to a folder on the computer and ask Windows 7 to open the file folder. This should one selected file type thumbnails of your pictures. Personally I don't use the camera software at all. I use Photoshop to handle my photo's that and a memory card reader so I can use any one of my four digital cameras. I'm sure Photoshop 7 has imaging programs in the early versions it was called "Paint"

Hello,
There is nothing you can do to make the PS-C500-VP work with windows 7. They are not compatible. Even Microsoft confirmed it.
It is either you get a higher model of Digital Photo Converter or you use windows xp or Vista. But for windows 7, it cannot work. There is no trick whatsoever that can be done.
I hope the above information is clear.
Regards.
