You should look up in setting a command to activate WIFI and to input access code .
If you don't find the option on your phone, seach for it in your user's manual.
If you don't have a users's manual, try to get it doing a Google search for
Manual, Make and model
Still no luck? go to the website of your phone, try to cotact and ask if you can buy a user's manual

If you are using an Android (which I will guess you are as most if not all Galaxy devices are Androids), when you created/logged into your Google account, if you left the Backup to my Google checked, it can restore your contacts from there. Go to your contacts, press the options key and choose Settings, then Contacts to Display. You should have the option to display your contacts by your Google Account.

Firstly move all your cotacts from phone memory to sim memory and all other data from phone memory to memory card otherwise you will lose it. After this go to ''settings'' menu. Select ''Rest. factory settings'' option. Select ''Restore all'' and then ''continue''. Wait for the process to complete.

there is a wire on the back window un plug it and see if the cotact is good or just plug it back in its probably a bad cotact

A Factory Restore will fix the password but you need to do a hard reset to get to the restore screen. Press and hold the power button. Once the scroll is finished, you will get the Safe Mode Screen. From there, press the OK button and follow the instruction until you get to the Restore Screen.
