I work for a non profit company and they asked me to find out if it's allowed to organize a donate and win action. My question is: Are we allowed to ask people for a donation in order to win a price?

The attraction/transfer looking cam HP sensor does not go '1' within 4 sec after the attraction/transfer locking cam motor has started to rotate.
