D-Link can't find Wi. Fi network
SOURCE: secure my network (wi fi TP-LINK) model no: TL-WA601G
two options:one is to run the cd that came with the router and follow the wizard and configure the network..other is to log into the router by typing 192.168.1.1. or 192.168.1.1. in the browser or if any IP address mentioned on the body of the router please use that..enter the login and password..usally admin and admin by default..go to the wireless security and set it up..u can also change the network name etc..there will be a provision to backup the settings too..please don't settings that u don't know about as they can misconfigure your network..hope it helps!
SOURCE: one click link for wifi driver for compaq V3000
the Compaq website is showing two possible wifi drivers..

If you go to the link above and go down to network and then choose either Intel Pro/Wireless drivers or Broadcom Wireless LAN driver. (I would probably try the Intel driver first).
Download them to your desktop and then double-click on them and follow the install instructions. If the first one doesn't work go back and try the other.
