I know how fix it if any still need help. You will need usb with windows 8 install on it, keyboard and micro usb hub, which take other devices get things from it, like gettin gwindows 8 start on tablet digiland. You need start device, press winodws key and alt, then it should start over bios mode, then go to first slot start windows 8 usb, then restart, wait it fully go usb then should be windows 8 install done right after waiting say 5-8 minutes see it, then should be able take it from there. I did it but having problems with updates it needs, which working on. Hey least get winodws 8 right.
Its running windows tablet so in short if you're running Windows 8 or above you should be able to easily refresh or reset your pc depending on your needs. Refresh will keep all your files except apps while reset removes everything. Reset is helpful if your system is infected or extreme measure to speed up. Refresh is great if you're experiencing some trouble but need to keep your files. Also you can use a Windows install disk and choose the new install option to have a clean operating system. Alternatively if you're experiencing technical trouble if you have system restore enabled you could use this feature.
To create a windows install disk use the Windows Media Creation Tool to make a bootable environment on a flash drive or disk, and boot from it. Delete your Windows installation and recovery partition, and install Windows from the environment. It may sound complicated, but I assure you, it's very simple.
