See sorry to say this but you can never reduce your fat without exercise(Meaning you can do it obviously but not a healthy weight loss). What I want to say is I am also a very lazy person. I tried everything to lose weight without any exercise. The problems I faced:
It was too slow.Every time I lost some weight I gained again the same amount of weight once I started eating properly. (You will have to leave most of the food you love)And once I started eating those foods again I gained weight instantly (you can say) and that was heartbreaking.Even bought some types of equipment from Couponswala(as they were offering some discounts), but nothing worked.I was 83 Kg. But then I started the Gym. I did it for 1 and a half months only (2 hours each). I lost almost 7 Kg and that was in September 2019. Now I am 70. So you have to go to the gym if you need a healthy weight loss. You can abuse me for this but this is the truth my friend.
