Almost always a problem with bad electrolytic capacitors on the power supply board failing. Look online for videos of bad capacitors on YouTube and you will get an idea of what to look for. $20.00 worth of parts if you are lucky and can fix it yourself. On your Visio TV remote control there will be a Source button or Input button. Press it & on your TV screen select HDMI 1 or HDMI 2. See the TV to see how the HDMI cable is connected from TV to Set Top Box. Now take the other remote control i.e. Sony Universal remote in your hand. Press mute & Select simultaneously. A blue light will blink twice, Immediately release the buttons & enter the code. You have to be extremely fast in doing this.

Either upgrade to the latest version of Visio, or have whoever created the drawing resave the file in the Visio 5.0 format.

2. On the File menu, click Save As.

Sorry to letting you down but .... you can't install window xp on that laptop with 48 mb Ram as minimum requirement for installing xp is 64 mb of RAM.

If your laptop and Tv have a HDMI connection..then you will just need the one cable to display both audio and video. Go to pg. 48 of Sony HT-7000Dh manual. Also I sogest to connect Coaxial Digital Audio Output from Toshiba TV to Sony receiver.

It looks to me that u still have some dry joints, look carefully with a magnifier glass and resolder those bad joints
