Hi, the original remote that comes with your tv is the correct remote for you. because you have it connected to the sonos-playbar you will now need to use the Sonos remote to control the volume. The Loewe remote will not work for the volume anymore. Sorry.

I would use a free translation program from the internet to translate words so you can locate in the menu the setting to change

Check ur DVD player and read ur instructional manual find out if ur DVD player have a HDMI port hub?Tries websites like Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a HDMI cable.That the esiest way to hookup a DVD player to a LCD or a Plama tvs.Just one HDMI cable to the DVD player HDMI hub and the other side of the HDMI cable to the tv HDMI hub.
