I think you mean cd/dvd drive, not the "disk drive" which is the main storage device inside the computer and is only accessible by taking the computer apart. On my Asus, the button that opens the cd/dvd tray is on the tray, which is on the right side of the computer. If you can't find it or it doesn't work, you can open the tray by choosing "eject" on the file menu or "home" menu, or whatever shows the cd/dvd drive on your operating system (probably windows).

Open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Disk Cleanup, and then, in the list of results, click Disk Cleanup.
In the Drives list, click the hard disk drive that you want to clean up, and then click OK.
In the Disk Cleanup dialog box, on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the check boxes for the file types that you want to delete, and then clickOK.
In the message that appears, click Delete files.
