Restart your iPad/iPhone to take into account the new parameters
with your iPad or iPhone's browser, go to unblock-us.com and make sure you log-in with the credentials they gave you for the free trial. The site should tell you if everything's alright at that point
Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.
Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.
That's because YouTube uses a software called 'Adobe Flash' for displaying Videos. iPad and all other iOS devices don't support Adobe Flash. So you won't be able to watch YouTube videos on iPad. However, YouTube has launched a test version of their site in HTML5. Head over to youtube.com/html5Then "join the HTML5 trial". You should now be able to watch videos.
