Probably not possible - replace the camera (under $30 on eBay) and don't drop the new one.

SOURCE: can't put the plastic bobbin holder back into position

make sure the needle is all the way up and the bobbin is in the case the right way. check to be sure there is no lint or dirt impeding the case. you may have to take out the piece the case fits into to do this. i have found this to be the problem more times than not.

SOURCE: I dropped my camera, the lens cover is stuck open

To fix the lens is probably not your kind of work, and now you may be better to sell this camera for parts on a site like Ebay.
Not a good idea to try to fix it.

Testimonial: "Thanks for the help! The lens cover is stuck open, and so far the pictures "seem" sharp. previously Idropped my CanonSX110 and it got slightly blurry"

Can I eceive the manual for this camera?

Samsung has the manual for the S760 on their support page: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/EC-S760ZSBA/E2 . Scroll down to the User Manual link on the left side of the page. Note: this manual covers two models (S860 and 760). The direct link is http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200902/20090202162312203/S860_760_English.pdf .

I hope this helps.

Samsung S760 Digital Camera card lock

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Card locked

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

Can't veiw pictures from memory card on camera

Some cameras do not allow a computer to camera transfer. It causes the card to have a different initialization not compatible with your camera. If the pictures are safely on your computer, format the card in the camera and it will be fine.
