Question about Microsoft Tablets & eReaders
Touchscreen is not working after windows 10 ver 1703 updated. I got an "on to go" cable and a keyboard, but I cannot get into ANY menu to set it back to factory default. Microsoft will not help, no supporting tablets even though their backup screwed it up. it is a digiland DL808W which uses windows 10. touch screen will not work, does anyone know if there is a way to reset it? thank you
I know how fix it if any still need help. You will need usb with windows 8 install on it, keyboard and micro usb hub, which take other devices get things from it, like gettin gwindows 8 start on tablet digiland. You need start device, press winodws key and alt, then it should start over bios mode, then go to first slot start windows 8 usb, then restart, wait it fully go usb then should be windows 8 install done right after waiting say 5-8 minutes see it, then should be able take it from there. I did it but having problems with updates it needs, which working on. Hey least get winodws 8 right.
