The light goes from red to green when i plug it up but the screen stays dark with no sound however i can see the menu screen holding flashlight to screen. I need to know where i can find out what all to test and how to test it etc so I can fix it.
Your backlights aren't on, I didn't look up the set to see if its a LED or LCD but your going to need to look at the circuitry that supplies voltage to the backlights
