Hi turn tablet off then hold power button & volume up button at the same time let go power button when screen comes on ,& when Android pops up let go of volume key use volume button to scroll to factory reset . cheers

Dc, I know very little about axs4g so I did a google search and It looks like you should delete the app watchdog. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck
