Don’t, the device is there to prevent fires.

the Heater is mounted will not overturn, the vibration of the cart moving will not allow heater to stay lit!

The literature on product description claims this is unique design that prevents nuisance shut offs. I would contact mfg. and see if u might have a defective heater.

SOURCE: Is it o k to bend the thermocouple tip. The only

Bending it will ruin it. You need to find out why the pilot flame is not as strong as it should be.

It is usually caused by bugs or spiders having gotten into the small air mix jet of the pilot assembly and died or built a web or, there is some dirt from the fuel that is partially clogging the fuel tube leading up to the pilot assembly, or plugging the orifice.

SOURCE: I tried the little buddy heater in my golf cart and as soon as I move the cart the heater goes out what can I do to stop this

This is not going to work in your golf cart. This is propane based heater with a pilot light. It will go out if you drive because of the wind blowing on it. I also believe all Mr. Heaters have a tip hazard turn off. I know the two I have do. If you really want heat in your cart I would recommend an extra battery, an inverter and a porcelain electric heater. Could be made to work very nicely in your cart.

SOURCE: My brand new mr big buddy heater has a fan that will work with battery's but not the mr heater power adapter any ideas

Adapter is ng/get one that works. Or the adapter connection may not be good. Check for voltage output at that connector.

My Mr. Heater keeps falling out of the cupholders in my golf cart. What can I do to keep it secure. My next door neighbor, a real DIY guy, has the same problem and we can't solve it.

This wil possibly be either an issue with the cup holder itself or the sprung mounting clips on the actual heater. Some cup holder slots are designed for larger 'Jumbo' cups so the hole is too big for the heater body to grip enough. Another reason could be the spring loaded "legs" on the heater base may be weak or faulty. All I can suggest is contact Mr Heater directly to see if they supply an adapter of some type.

When I press down and turn the know the pilot lights but as soon as you let up on the knob to turn it there is a click and the pilot light goes out.. This is on my Mr. Heater Big Buddy

When the pilot lights continue holding the button down for a full minute and then release. It should stay lit then to allow you to turn it to the on position. If the pilot will not stay lit after holding it for the full minute, then the thermocouple will need to be replaced.
Hope this helps.
