When you see this message, wait until the OK message is enabled. Tap the OK button and then resume sewing. This message occurs often enough to be listed in the manual under Pop-up messages in both the Sewing and Embroidery section. (That starts on the last few pages of each of these "chapters".) Turning off the machine while this message is displayed may cause on issue with the on-board computer.
For the Husqvarna Viking Designer Diamond Royale, you can find the manual on the product page: http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/en-US/Machines/DESIGNER-DIAMOND-Royale . The direct link to the manual is http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/getattachment/Machines/DESIGNER-DIAMOND-Royale/Designer_Diamond_Royale_manual_ENG.pdf.aspx . The pop-up for the Machine needs to rest is shown on pages 4-26 and 8-14 (pages 74 and 123 of the PDF). The Designer Ruby Royale has the messages on pages 4-24 and 8-14 (70 and 116 of the PDF). The manual for this machine is here: http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/SiteMedia/Products/Machines/-%20DESIGNER%20RUBY%20Royale/Manual/Ruby_Royale-manual-EN.pdf .
I hope this helps. If the message comes up after a few minutes of sewing (under 5), I would recommend that you consider cleaning the bobbin area. Sometimes a flossing swab can help remove debris that has gotten into the corners below the bobbin. If that doesn't help, your machine may need to be serviced.

SOURCE: I need the driver installation for my reader/writer d-card
Drivers are on the installation disk. 3D will have it on cd#1 and 4D on the dvd. With the disk in the drive, plug the dCard reader/writer in and use the "add new hardware" wizard to allow the drivers to install automatically. Now,either repeat this for each usb port or remember to always plug in to the same port.

SOURCE: Husqvarna Viking Designer I breaking needles
Dls8864's suggestion was a very good suggestion - make sure the metal stitch plate is pushed all the way to the back. Also make sure that the thread is feeding freely - if it is catching on something it can cause the needle to be pulled aside and make it break. Does the design fit properly inside the hoop you are using? If the foot and/or needle strike against the side of the hoop, that will cause a breakage. Is the bobbin thread okay - not making a bird's nest underneath?

Take it in and have them do a once over. Something could have been knocked out of adjustment during sipping.
