Samsung side by side refrigerator not cold - Samsung Refrigerators

Samsung and lg have duel evap coils in them one in freezer and one in fridge,they both have alot of recalls and one is they have problems with the drain system,the way it's set up if the defrost water doesn't drain it freezes up behind the back inside fridge wall panel and covers everything even the fan motor.i would go through samsung and see what they can do for you,they're aware of the problems with the machines,i'm not saying this si your problem but it very well could be,i've even seen the drain pan rusted out and has to be replaced from the bad drain system in these machines and lg also the samsung top load washers are blowing apart,i wouldn't by a samsung or lg fridge stick with whirlpool or ge but make sure the ge fridge you buy isn't made like this machine,i've seen a few ge's that look just like an lg or samsung same machine just says ge on it and if you go through sears kenmore,kenmore doesn't make anything so you have to look at the first three numbers on the model,you could get another samsung or lg even though it says kenmore on it so order your next fridge by name.good luck,you might want to google your model number to see if there's any recalls on it,there's alot of class action lawsuits out there for this problem.

Defrost problem. If ice builds up on coils behind the back panel in the freezer it will prevent cold air from being blown to the fridge.
