Charge the phone fully.Remove battery and reinsert and try.or try to reboot.
Remove SIM/SD card.Press simultaneously the power and volume low buttons.Erase all data .And check up.

Reboot samsungsamsung galaxy indulge stuck on samsung logo at boot up

1. Turn the power off first
2. Slide out the keyboard
3. Power on and press ad hold the 'R' Key
4. In Android system recovery use Vol keys to scroll up and down
5. Use the power key to make a selection.

If you cannot get to a recovery you will need to use ODIN to flash phone to factory state. this "should" fix anything unless phone itself is bad. Here is a ODIN guide for your phone. ODIN is official samsung flashing tools available for free from samsung. Good Luck.
