most likely you have a bad pump and it needs to be changed out or something is still stuck in the impellar,stick your finger into the pump and feel around the impellar,i've found under bra metal pieces stuck in there,elastics and string rapped around it and coins lodged in between the impellar and wall of the pump,if the pump is bad or something is stopping the impellar from spinning it will hum,power is going to the pump but the motor isn't spinning.
