How do I connect my marantz rc004sr surround sound system to my Samsung series 7 65 inch tv so that i can play u tube videos

do you have audio hooked up to your surround system from your tv ? if not you need this this to get both. from the PS3 to the TV and from the TV to the surround system. if you have HDMI on your surround system plug it in that way instead . PS3 to surround system then TV to to surround system .

SOURCE: No Picture from Component Input #1 or #2 but do have audio via Surrond Sound

Simplest thing would be that your component cables are not HU'd correctly. Having them reversed would do this.

SOURCE: No sound from TV only when playing DVD

when the tv is hooked up to the suround system u dont want sound to come from the tv cause you will hear a echo it best to let the sound come from ur home theater

YOU HAVE TO TURN VOLUME OFF ONTV AND PUT YOUR SURROUND SOUND ON AUX THATS HOW MINE WORKS

SOURCE: the surround sound only plays on dvd not tv

most tv shows will only be broadcast in 2.0 not 5.1 or higher. if you have a converter box, that may also be the problem.
