Beware of "Amy Jaction", HP Support, and "Glenn Marsh" links - apparently mostly malicious web sites but links not blocked by FIXYA. If your computer was infected by a virus by going to the known virus site, which is falsely described as an HP support site, report it to authorities in the United States for prosecution.

A variety of You Tube videos and web pages address stuck DVDs and CDs. The solutions usually address a particular device. I have seen "solutions" vary from turning the device upside down to inserting surgical instruments. Most advice usually ends in saying if it does not work, consider replacing the DVD drive or having. Hopefully the page above offers better alternatives.
