Login under the administrator account and do control userpasswords2 there.
If not, do a runas command as the administrator.

This is a failure off the tank sensor .The potentiometer with the float on the tank would have resulted in wearing OFF and so when it comes to the half part there is not connection of the resistance coil to the potentiometer resulting in this erratic action.
So change the float chamber assembly on the fuel tank. Make sure that all connections are tight.

Kelsey, thanks for sharing the joy of the season so well. For some of us retired motorcycle mechanics this is fun and with no labor involved. By the way, you look really good to everyone with your poor sentence structure and bad spelling. Perhaps paying attention in school would have been a good idea.
