Go to forgot password they will give you a list of recovery options one being the email address you signed in or up with if you still have access to that email account they will send you an email to that address with a link to create a new password.. If you have already sign up from the Email you already have then just need to sign in now. Go to Youtube site and click on Sign in. Enter your Email Id and password and click on sign in. It will accept your Email address. If you have not used your Email Address in Registration of Youtube then now just need to "Create Account". Go to Youtube site and Click to "Create Account". Give your Email address which you want to use and other information which are required.
Now you will be registered by your Email Address and Youtube will accept your email Address now.

This is possibly because the person leaving the comment is spamming and so uses a false/non-existant address.

To ensure the user has a valid address, set the comments to require the person to register on the site (validate their e-mail address), then login and leave a comment.
