My answer is certainly a lot more convoluted that the direct, very clear answer already supplied but it does offer alternatives.
The solution may be simple but the explanation is not. There are several ways to get this done. For instance, if the photos are stored on your sd card, you may remove that card, take it to Walmart, insert it into a machine there and have the photos printed.
Alternatively, if you have access to a wireless printer on your network, you may use that access to print. Also, if you have a printer attached to a computer, wireless or by USB, you can transfer the photos to the computer by either wireless or a USB cable that attaches to tablet and computer, then print the photos off from the computer.
To find the photos on your tablet, you may find them in a My Files folder or possibly in a Gallery folder or a Photos folder. If the tablet's file manager does not suit you, you may download the app ES Explorer and use it to manage files from one location to another.

Hello, Glenn -
First you need a WiFi printer.
Then, you need to have the printer driver software installed on your tablet.
Then, follow these steps:
-- Open the file you'd like to print
-- Tap the menu button in the top right of your screen
-- Tap Print
-- Tap the drop-down arrow.
-- Tap the printer you'd like to print from
-- Tap the print button
Best wishes.
