Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Hi just read your posting. Now I know you supplied the model number in your posting but could you please supply the name of the machine which should be written on the control panel. Is it an ENDURO or an ESPRIT --etc--?Please reply with additional information and I can help you rectify this problem.Looking forward to your reply.
Hi just read your posting. Now the only way to drain your machine if it is not draining is to do it by hand with a small pot or bucket. Do you hear a small click when you close the lid slowly? If you do then that is the lid switch. It will not drain if your lid switch is not activating.Did you wash a big load before the problem started? Also could be a faulty or jammed drain pump.I can guide you throe the removal of the pump to see if it is the problem if you have some tools available. Please reply after you have tested the lid switch and I can guide you throe the rest of the repair if needed.
ok does that mean u know how to bypass lid switch so u can see the agitator and bowl while it is cycle? normally when the lid is lifted the machine stops.sorry to ask u this question but it will help in fixing your unit.please reply 4 more help.
Most top loader machines have some sort of fastener in the center at the top of the agitator. You should look right at it when you open the lid. Once you figure out how you remove the fastener, the agitator should pull straight up. It is usually connected by a spline. You may have to pull pretty hard if it has never been apart. Once the agitator pulls out, you should be able to see the debris you are looking for.
I am not familiar with your exact machine, but yours should be similar. Hope this helps.
