Your blinking light indicates an internal "board" issue. You should contact Pioneer Customer Service for initial help, but you will most likely need a TV repair shop to replace the part.

The red light should be blinking a code. For example it will blink 4 times pause then 4 times pause or 5times pause 5 times pause, whatever the error might be. Let me know what it is and then we can help more.

Thats the error for lamp driver error. Which means the Ballast is most likely defective. You can get the replacement ballast for your model at the following link which comes with installation instructions.
