You can use the Chat feature, send an email, or telephone and talk with a real person about how to go about getting the doll repaired.
If the Hasbro Consumer Care staff cannot direct you to an authorized repair service, then check for doll hospitals in your area and call some of them to find out if one of them can evaluate the doll for repair and perhaps fix it.
