Hello There,
You have not mentioned which operating system are you using i.e. win 7, win 8 or win 10.

First need to understand that you see a spinning circle at which stage, what do you see behind spinning circle, blue screen or black screen or windows logo.

Try to follow below steps hope that help you to fix the issue:-
https://www.easeus.com/todo-backup-resource/fix-windows-10-stuck-at-login-screen-with-spinning-circle.html

If this does not help then revert back.

Regards,
Sunil

I would open it up, remove the hard drive and memory. Then see if you can get into the BIOS. Then put back the memory and try again.. Do you hear any beeps at startup?

EMachines eMD620 suddenly shutdown and not boot anymore

When this happened was the laptop overly hot? If the laptop's head got too high it could have shutdown to protect itself. It wouldn't boot until the heat had disparate. Sit you laptop aside for about 30 minutes and see if it will boot then. If it does you might want to check out a cool mat.

My asus m50sv notebook's screen wont turn on. I turn it on as usual and you can here it boot up and something inside starts running but the screen will stay black, all lights like the on button, wifi,...

Big chance that Graphic Card, integrated into motherboard failed. I would suggest to take out Hard Drive and RAM and then try to turn it on. If it still shows nothing - best bet that motherboard gone bad.

Our MacBook doesn't do anything but stay on a white screen that just shows that apple going around in circles in the middle of the screen.

You got the rainbow spinning wheel of death, which means take out the RAM chips and re-insert. Now try. Nothing? Replace the RAM chips with RAM chips you know are working. Now try-Nothing? Install disc one of the install disc Apple gives you and go into the system utilities and repair disc permissions and also click on repair disc after that. Now try-Nothing? Replace the hard drive and re-install the OS. Now try-Nothing? Your fu.kd my friend, which means you got a logic board problem.

Asus rampage 2 extreme no beeps on first boot, does not enter post, i.e nothing shows up on screen, with the 8 pin power connector in the motherboard the pc will boot then shutdown for 2 seconds and reboot...

1 - Test the memory in another pc; if it's at fault change it completely.
2 - That 8 pin connector is there to provide extra power to the processor sources - either one or more of them are fried = replace motherboard or the processor itself is gone =  test it in another pc and replace it if necessary.

AMD Puma-based Asus M51Ta stalls at power up, screen is blank.

Have you tried booting and pressing F2 to get in the bios?
If that works you can check the boot devices and order of usage. Make sure the HDD is first.
Apart from that you can reboot and press F8 to get in the Windows boot menu, where you can try the Safe Mode.

If all this fails, the Windows configuration is somehow corrupt. You can try booting from a Windows CD and run the Repair option in the setup.

Compaq Presario V2000 fails to boot up

3 beeps is the Beep code for "Base 64KB RAM Failure". Lets hope that you are lucky and the problem is your memory. If you have two memory sticks in the computer, then try to take one of them out. Try different combinations such as swapping between the memory slots that are available. If you still getting the same error code, then your motherboard is shot.
