My phone does this as well. Just because it shows service doesnt mean it has service. If you are in an area that has spotty service trying going to a place you know to have perfect service and try again. If the problem persists call ATT and they should help you through the problem.
Fist off i have to ask what Generation Iphone do you have? and is it haxed? if it's not haxed then try this, hold the phone under a lamp, not to close though. Call your Iphone and try tilting you phone at an angle to see if you can see the screen to answer the call. Your brightness settings may have gotten adjusted so low that you cant see anything. I have seen this happen before. If you plug it in to your CPU will it light up and show the charging icon? If not then you are going to have to hard reset the phone, this sucks i know but the phone is usless right now anyway. And you can just resync it with Itunes after. Hope this helps, Cali
The most common fail is the large fuel filler hose running from the fuel filler neck to the tank. Apparently the lower molded bend cracks over time and must be replaced. Easy fix. Kinda. Unfortunately the part is something like $300 + - here in Cali at the ford dealer.
