You cant remember your password for what? Your account? If its your account then go to Xbox support.

I forgot mine not too long ago and went through the system reset options for forgotten passwords.
My password is the same as my Microsoft Live (Hotmail) account so if you can remember that it should be the same as your XBOX password.

Else just use the forgotten password options to change it.
This is quite easily resolved.
