The shocks have failed in it. It is an easily overlooked problem and causes all the issues you just said.

If it goes through the complete cycle o.k. except for the slow spin then the motor itself needs to be checked.

take the shipping materail out,,remoce the 4 bolts on back of machine,,the washer should of came with a little wrench...after removing shipping bolts put the 4 white sluggs or vcaps in hole ,,pull bolts with rubber or plastic grommet..onthejob

You need to replace your pump. Make sure you have the washer either on something that will absorb water, or fix it outside/garage. Because these pumps hold extra water and that is why it is not recommended to keep them outside to do laundry in colder climates. The water can freeze in the pump and wreck it. Good luck. They actually are pretty easy to replace.
