If your Hoover Dynamic washer is not displaying any specific error code but all the lights are flashing and it's beeping continuously, there might be an issue with the control panel or a more general system malfunction. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Power Cycle the Washer: Turn off the washer and unplug it from the power outlet. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes, this simple reset can resolve minor electronic glitches.
Check for Overloaded Washer: If the washer is overloaded with clothes, it can cause the control panel to act abnormally. Try running a smaller load and see if the flashing lights and beeping stop.
Inspect the Water Supply: Ensure that the water supply to the washer is adequate and not restricted. Low water pressure or a clogged water inlet can cause unusual behavior in the washer.
Check the Drainage: Make sure the drainage hose is not clogged or kinked. A blocked drainage system can lead to improper functioning of the washer.
Examine the Door Lock: If the door lock is not engaging properly, the washer might not start or show unusual behavior. Check if the door is securely closed and the lock mechanism is functioning correctly.
Check for Leaks: Look for any leaks around the washer. Water leakage can trigger safety features, leading to flashing lights and beeping.
Inspect the Control Panel: Examine the control panel for any physical damage, moisture, or dirt accumulation. Clean the panel gently and make sure all buttons and knobs are functioning correctly.
Software Glitch: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible that the washer's control board has encountered a software glitch. In this case, you may need to contact Hoover customer support or a professional appliance repair technician to diagnose and fix the problem.
Error Code 05 is a NTC fault, either open circuit or shorted.
If during the water heating step in the wash cycle, the water temperature sensor (NTC) value is out of range, the "E05" error code will be displayed.
Possible Causes / Procedure:
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check the water temperature sensor. Check connections to the water temperature sensor.
3. Check resistance of heating element, if present on this model. (abnormal = infinity).
Replace failed component. It could be the sensor or the temperature control module (NTC module).

Does your Hoover or Candy washing machine stops before .... I have a question: My Hoover displays the error code E08. what can I do to fix it?
Error code E09 means there is something the matter with the part in the washing machine control board that drives the motor. Fixing a control board error can be complex. You can try:
Switching off and unplugging your washer when you do this i suggest waiting about 5 minutes before plugging in since your machine can store energy even after a few seconds of being unplugged.
Checking the wiring and connections to the control board
If you need parts or diagrams see this tip explaining how to find parts and diagrams for most appliances: Where do I find parts and diagrams for my appliance? The sellers apply to USA market. Elsewhere see your local hoover distributor.
If you need to call a technician ring the customer service number listed on the owner manual or check your local Hoover website.
An F-05 error message means that the pressure switch is jammed on empty
or a problem with pump.
The fault is associated with drain
out (pump blocked or restricted in some way).
Small panel at rear
of machine reveals the pump, pull of the two pipes (Plastic clips hard
to get off, slide them sideways), remove wire and unclip pump from base
of machine by lifting locking tab and sliding to the left, pump can then
easily be cleaned.
