Its the one for the heater motor, the motor trys to turn then fuse just blows, checked thermostats and heater they are ok.

squeeze the hoses to get any air bubbles out and refill coolant as necesary. are you sure you put thermostat in the right way? may be backwards. also may be your sensor.

There is a ground not connected or a wire open that is causing it to blow

Press the Hot and Cold button for 3 seconds,
The red indicator light will start to blink,
Release the hot and cold buttons and while the red is still blinking, press the and hold the hold water button, Once the desired amount of hot water is reached release the hot water button.
Now press and hold the hot and cold water buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds.
The red light will stop blinking to the end of the programming.
NB the RED LIGHT WILL BLINK FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAMMING.
Repeat the process for the cup quanity selector for the cold water.

Sounds like either the valve which lets water into the heater core is not working properly or the vacuum operated door which directs blower motor air over the heater core is not opening, Could be a vacuum hose loose or it has a hole in it.

For those of you who may google this link and are looking for an solution, my local repair shop isolated my 2005 Amanti problem to a $2.78 plastic clip on the temperature blend door actuator rod linkage. It simply fatigued and eventually broke resulting in the actuator rod falling off the actuator door lever. The labor to isolate the problem and to replace the clip did amount to almost $170. Hope this helps those of you in the future.
