SOURCE: AXU4100 Manual or help
Hi,
On a Motorola AXU Series (including the 4100):
1. To unlock, press the “D” button for about a second or until the circle is gone. The circle with the line thru is the keyboard lock indicator;
2. To change channel, you need to press either the arrow left or right in Normal Mode;
3. To change PL (assigned to a channel), don’t think this can be done by the user
4. To change Ch. 1 from 464.500 MHz (PL-67.0) to 463.525 (PL-136.5), don’t think this can also be done by the user.
Even the built-in Programming Mode Parameters do not have this option to change assigned frequencies and PLs. An external programming software using a PC may or may not allow this.
These radios came pre-loaded with its channels assigned with specific frequencies/PLs. As used in a Motorola AXU411, they are:
Channel Frequency PL
1 464.500 67.0
2 464.500 77.0
3 464.500 88.5
4 464.500 179.9
5 464.500 None
6 464.550 67.0
7 464.550 82.5
8 464.550 94.8
9 464.550 179.9
10 464.550 None
Hope this be of help/idea. Pls post back how things turned out or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.

Click the top button on the side of the monitor to open the monitor's settings. In the "Picture" Settings, scroll down to "MagicBright" and open those settings. Chances are you have it set to "Dynamic Contrast". Switch that up to any of the other settings and then it won't try to adjust the gamma based on what is on the screen.
Hope this helps, I struggled with the same problem for quite a while until I found this setting.
