Replace water filter if not done recently. Second option is debris in the on/off valve that is either behind the refrigerator or at the source known as a Saddle Valve, see video. Turn the valve off (Clockwise) then open it back up. Repeat. That may dislodge any debris clogging the valve. If that is not the problem ,disconnect the water lone from the machine and see if their is sufficient flow comming through the line.

on the bottom of the bin there is a metal rod, this goes into the back wall where the solenoid is. find the square hole it goes into, pull down the white plastic piece with your index finger. you should here a clunk. now put the bin back and check to see if ok. if not you may need to replace the solenoid assy.

Whats happening is the ice isnt freezing all the way. Try cleaning your condensor's under the frig.In Hotter weather when condensor's get filled with dust it causes the frig to cycle to ofeten. In turn your cubes aren't freezing all the way.

feel with your finger on the inside of the icemaker to see if you have water or if there is the presence of ice if you have water or ice on the inside of the ice maker then replace the icemaker if you dont have water or ice then check the valve in the rear of the machine to see if your getting water to the icemaker
