Check the fuses located on both sides of the mains connection in the back of the autoclave. One of them has blown. If both check ok, then check the connection tho the mains. You may have a faulty ground. If you are not comfortable doing this, contact Eschmann at tel:+44 (0)1903 753322

Error 3

Error 3 is a Door lock error and has nothing to do with the water sensor. Tighten the door down snuggly, but don't over-tighten. If it still doesn't work it may need a door rebuild or switch replacement. Call for service if it doesn't restart.

Err 01 little sister ses

This is a power failure alarm, meaning the prior cycle failed due to a power failure/ outage.

Verify your power supply is correct for this unit's needs.

Check the fuses.

Beyond that, it may be a wiring/power supply issue. Call for service.
