search for 3d home architect 4.0 manual on google and select first hit which will probably be following.

Make sure you have the latest update. From my understanding 5.2a is the latest... not 5.2

You might be exceeding the size of file you can download. Check with your internet provider. You could try having a friend download the file on a different computer and internet provider.
