Where can I get replacement parts for the BBCC-15? My keeper clip underneath the baking pan came off and is lost. It holds the wing clip that drives the kneeding blade in the pan.

Hi terryhassler,

If you're looking for OEM parts, I'd go to

http://tinyurl.com/3jmx4g

There's a Service & Support link at the top of the page - locations of service centers and the like.

You can also call Zojirushi Customer Service Department - -

800-733-6270, M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

Also here's a TinyURL for the manual download page, just so you have it.

http://tinyurl.com/z39gu

If these don't pan-out (no pun intended, I think), the next place I'd start hunting is eBay.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know. If this solves the issue, please rate it accordingly.

Thanks in-advance for using Fixya.com,

Jon

SOURCE: need instruction manual for panasonic bread bakery model sd -bt10p instruction manual

Hi,
The instruction manuals for Panasonic products are at the Panasonic UK website. The address where I found the manual for the Panasonic SD-BT10P is here:

http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_GB/220239/index.html#anker_220239

Just fill in your model number, click enter. Look below the form where it says "Available Downloads", click View 4.2MB. On the page that opens, click I accept, on the left, a little way down from the top of the page, then click on "view" and it will open. You can save the file by going to the top of the page, click on the second icon from the left at the top of the page. The one that looks like an old floppy disc. I would suggest renaming the file so you know what it is, then save it to wherever you save your files and you're done!

Problems? Email me and I'll attach it to an email for you.

SOURCE: Bread Machine non-stick starting to peel off

The peeling is not your fault. I have had the V20 version for 4 years. I got the company to replace my pan (the first time) when it started to peel after just over 1 year. I would contact their customer service dept. (1-800-733-6270) and request a new one. If you have to purchase it, the pan will cost you $55 + s/h. After almost 2 years, my replacement pan is starting to peel as well. The kneading blades have to be replaced every 1-2 years (according to their own customer service rep) at a cost of $12 + s/h. My first set lasted about 2 years; the second set only about 13 months. I only use my machine once per week. You can find the replacement parts at http://www.zojirushi.com/user/scripts/user/model.php?product_category_id=13 I haven't found a great way to clean them. I'm so paranoid about scratching them or getting them started peeling that mine usually don't end up being as clean as they probably should be! Good luck getting a free replacement pan.

A home-based bakery can be a fun and rewarding way to earn a living. But before you start whipping up cakes and cookies, there are a few things you need to do to get started. Here's a quick guide on how to start a home-based bakery.

1. Decide what kind of baked goods you want to sell. Will you specialize in cakes, cookies, pies, or bread?

How many cake mixes does the wilton puppy cake pan 2105-2430 take and how long do you cook it

slice-heaven-com will download the original instructions for a fee. You might be able to wing it without them, knowing that Wilton recommends filling large, deep pans only half deep. Fill it with water first, then pour water into a large measuring vessel to gauge how many cups of cake batter you will need at that depth. The average cake mix makes about 4 cups batter, but they vary. You could always just prepare 2 boxes and reserve any excess for another use. As for baking, this pan will probably take a little bit longer than a 9 by 13 by 1-1/2 at 350 F. Maybe you could add 15 minutes and check on it. Do not open the oven if it is clearly not done.

One of the paddles froze after baking a bread. I was able to break it free but it is still stiff

Hi,
Sounds like the sealed bearing that the paddle shaft turns on is starting to fail. Fill the pan 1/2 way with warm water and soak for a few times to see it this helps. If not you should start looking for a new bread pan. Sorry Hank

Broken - one of the 2 black tips that rotate the bread container

OK not easy but I took out the coupler which had the tabs broken off and drilled with a drill press two holes which I then threaded for two small brass bolts which I cut to mimic the broken prongs. I couldn't find the coupler anywhere and didn't want to toss a good machine. This is a hassel but kept me with a project and out of trouble for about an hour :)
