Fixing your problem could be as simple as cleaning the battery contacts in the camera, or the solution could be a lot more complex and expensive. Here's a link to the Kodak Help Center - it provides a simple Q&A format to diagnose the problem and propose a solution.

My Kodak EasyShare C813 keeps coming up with Lens Error 115,0,0,351. What does this mean?

Hello Branden, The problem is in the drive assembly. The drive gears strip and the pieces of plastic jam the motor causing the error codes. The camera is toast, Repair will be costly.

Will turn on and get a lens error on screen and it shuts down. The lens is stuck all the way out.

This is probably THE most common single failure among digital cameras. There's a halfway chance of fixing it yourself, described here: http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html

I have the Kodal Easyshare C318 camera and it won't turn on Lens opens and say Error

If the problem is the lens itself, you have to call Kodak, and if still have the reciept of your camera and you purchased it within a year, they will process it for in warranty repair.
