copper to green , white to white , seperate the black and the black with th white tracer you wired together connect the black to the black and the black with white tracer to the red in ceiling , without looking this is my best advise ,good lk

connect the white wires from light kit filter to the white wire labeled "for light" from fan. then connect black wire from light kit filter to blue wire from fan. use wire nuts to make the connections

It's possible whoever installed the fan originally, did not connect the black/white striped wire to the electric box. Drop the ceiling canopy and let me know what you find.

The usual house wiring for a ceiling fan with two wall switches , is white to white, black to black, and red to the other wire, usually blue or black striped with blue. If this fan has a remote , then it usually only requires one power wire, black and the white neutral.
there should be a pull chain somewhere that you can turn off the light with. There is no way except a remote unit that a 2 wire switch can control 2 different functions(fan & light)
