Frigidaire gallery pro series model frs26zsh water leaks out somewhere goes into backside of freezer eventually goes down to underside of bottom basket and freezes

The drain in the freezer behind back lower panel
needs opening. You can see it at the bottom of the back panel
underneath the evaporator coils. (The cold coils)
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
When the defrost melts the water it goes down the drain
If the drain is clogged with Ice or ? The defrost water
overflows into the ref. or freezer
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath

the drain is clogged.take a hair dryer and un thaw the drain

I had this problem. You need to clean out the drain under the freezer. The tech that came out used a squeezie bulb similar to what you use for a baby to clean their nose when clogged. You have to remove all the shelf's and the back plate. You need to use warm water to defrost the frozen ice and remove. use water and squeeze into the hole and **** out.. takes 10 minutes.. finally it will drain.. no parts are necessary. good `luck

Its time for a new filter, the water filter will be in the upper right hand section of the freshfood section, or in the kickplate at the bottom

your defrost drain is stopedup if its a sxs its in the back bottom of freezer side if its a top mount its behind the back over in the freezer remove and use hot water and blowdryer you will see a little drain tube under the evap coil

It may be a hole in the water line leaking.

You need to remove the bottom two baskets, or more to make space. Using a hairdryer, defrost the back area. You should be able to locate a drain hole in the center below the freezer coils. This drain hole is connected on the outside to a drainpipe which has a p trap and often gets blocked up. You need to force water down the drain hole. You can use a turkey baster or similar type of plunger filled with water. Once you have cleared the blockage pour hot water till it runs freely. The drain is plugged just below the coils in the back of the freezer. My fridge had the same problem and I found the hose (which can be accessed from the rear bottom) was plugged with mold. Also, i noticed the hose was connected to the water holding pan and was too close to the bottom and easy to plug. I removed it from the connector and just let it dangle in the holding pan.
