I have been with Straight Talk for years.Today when I tried to make a call I get an message from Sprint telling me that if I want to complete my call I have to buy a calling card. I can't make calls

Go into contacts look for his name , edit his info screen the top right look For 3 dots right hand side a drop down list should appear say unblock. Another way choose phone or contacts you will see 3 dots and choose setting look for block numbers. This feature shows all contacts you have blocked whereas the contact screen do individual contacts..
Did you run out of service days? Because, if you don't pay your bill to your phone by the "Due Date", it will shut off your services, including messaging, phone calls, but not emergency calls. But, if you did pay your bill, then I don't know why it would be doing this, other than your in airplane mode.
alot of 4g phones can't be changed from 1 carrier 2 next,check with ststraight talk & c if they can't convert.my daughters 4g phone couldn't go to page plus,which has chest unlimited plan of all others.verizon carries 4g but little higher,but bout same as straight talk,so talk to them.If ur phone can be converted,take it to kiosk or dealer that does work on straight talk,maybe radio shack.good luck
AT&T phone on Straight Talk (sprint)? Unfortunately, AT&T uses GSM which is not compatible withSprint's CDMA technology. Straight talk runs on the Sprint network, same as Boost and Tracphone. Although some phones are the same, some only work on certain networks.
Here are the settings I found over the internet. Take a look at it. But I am not sure the service provider is the same though. You better enter the things you've been told by your service provider
