I need set up diagram for cables for Sansui DV-VC400

This is an uncommon problem. There does not appear to be a scree flip setting in the menu. You could try for a reset of the set but I suspect that would do nothing except require you to retune your channel settings. It is possible that the set was jarred or some vibration occurred that cause a loosening of the ribbon cable to the timing control (TCON) unit in the set. One could try resetting that ribbon cable. Otherwise, the fix might involve replacement of the main board. The video settings menu controls do NOT offer control of the screen flip.

Sansui.. Funai made?? Most Funai sets are identical. Find a diagram for a similar TV. Or.. Google the part# of the output IC. The datasheet should contain application data, including a basic schematic of the vertical cicuit.

If your set does not have a menu button built into the set your out of luck unless you can find a replacement or universal remote.

On later model Sansui tv's, you can bring up the menu by pushing both volume buttons on the front of the set at the same time. After the menu is on the screen, you can navigate using the channel and volume buttons.

Does Sansui HDLCD 19WB have a HDMI outlet

Send it back under warranty -- needs new main board.
