Problem with the distributor motor. It is a small white plastic part which receives water from the heater, and alternatively distributes water to upper or lower difussors. If the motor locks, or the internal sensor doesn't sense the position well, it will show F9. Motor can be repaired in most cases, and at last, it can be swaped

The double 00 error code indicates a stuck or shorted key pad or ribbon connector. I recommend to disconnect the ribbon connector and reconnect it and check operation. There is no reset sequence. You should also check the door switch operation to confirm voltage to the control board on the Tan wire. Recheck all the connections on the control board.

Seems to be relatively common. Ma doing one now with that exact problem. If you hold button in for about 10 seconds, it should reset.(switch off then on again to push start.). If same action continues, the electronic module needs to be replaced.
