puk codes can only be obtained from the network provider.
sorry i cannot do more, but you will have to contact them.
due to the proof of identity needed, it may be easier to go to the store you obtained the phone from and go through them. there should not be any charges for this.

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider.
Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give themyour account details and they have confirmed your identity.

A PUK code is provided by your cellular network operator, should be on the same paperwork as your PIN code. It's related to the SIM card, not to the phone. It is used to unlock a SIM card in case the PIN has been entered wrong 3 times. It then allows you to set a new PIN code.

Some operators issue only the PUK number and no predefined PIN, so you can set your own PIN from the start.

If it's not there, or you lost the papers, you'll need to contact the operator's hotline to get it.

Forgot my phone lock pin
Lost Pin cannot be recovered. You need to enter a wrong pin 3 times until you get the PUK code.

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.

In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.

The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.
