try to re install driver

Try a different cable.
Make sure you are plugging in to the LAN port of the router.

Run Disk CleanUp.

Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Cleanup
- Select the Drive you want to clean up (C:), then check off Temp internet files, temporary files, setup log files, and recycle bin.

If your still receiving that message after running disk cleanup, You might need to go into uninstall some applications.

there is a recovery tool on emachines usually loaded during you boot the system to safe mode. on my case i restore my machine to its default and reinstall my o/s.. hope it helps
