Try pressing all the buttons at the same time or one from either side at the same time. Have you removed the battery and replaced it? Look to see if it has a reset button on the back of the unit.

Multiply the wheel diameter in mm or cm by 3.14.
Measure the distance travelled in one complete turn of the wheel.

this is the four digit number you are looking, it should be between 2145 and 2149

I already referred you to Google and to Sigma support, but it sounds as if you probably need to replace the unit. It should work when you replace the battery, even if you have not set wheel size, as all bike computers come with a default setting. There is no way to "fix" such an inexpensive device (under $25 with shipping)

My sigma 1009 sts bike computer is not registering my speed, distance traveled, average speed, or maximum speed. The clock is working but total distance and total time are not increasing while I am riding....

Check the wires and sensors.

How do i change the battery in my sigma sport bicyle odometer

You can remove the battery using a coin or flat head screwdriver. You will see the cover of the battery on the backside of the computer. Turn it clock wise. When you remove the battery all information will be lost and you will have to recalibrate the computer. If you need a instruction manual on how to reset the computer it can be found at www.sigmasport.com
