How do I replace the rear camera lens on a Samsung J5 2016 phone?

You have to take it to Samsung service centre to help repair it or look for good engineer to do it for you

this probably comes from there being something wrong with the camera or lens in the phone. If your carrier has a service center close to you, they should be able to take it apart, clean the lens or detect the main problem

take ya camera phone turn on the camera take the tv remote and point it to the phone camera lens look in the screen if u see the light from remote flashing as u press video/tv button the button is hence the remote is ok if the remote button is faulty on video it wont flash on screen if so press the tv/av on tv and u are good to go if the tv doesnt respond then the tv programmer ic is mulfunctioning and needs replacement, u may check the memory chip on tv too for mulfunctions

get a lens-grade cloth and clean the lens- also, and this may sound silly- make certain you aren't covering the lens with your finger (Have done this in the past... very embarrassing!) If cleaning the lens does not improve it- the issue is the camera ccd may have gone sour- you would have to replace the phone.

this post was already addressed in a previous request. The focus on these cameras can only be obstructed by a broken lens or some type of build up on or inside the cascade of lenses. you can open the device and clean front and back of the external camera window and the camera itself with an alcohol swab.....otherwise you would have to purchase a new camera if you want, they can be found by simply typing "samsung jet replacement camera" into your google search engine and then picking a supplier.

This camera is probably damaged beyond economic repair - replace it.

Is your finger over the lens? Just Kidding. I had mine replaced because of the same problem. They said the camera had become loose or disconnected from the board. Best of Luck.
