I looked at the drivers. I downloaded them and unzipped them. (Do yo have a problem here?) There are no setup files, so what you have to do is:
Drag the unzipped folder to the Desktop. Right-click on "My Computer" Choose "Manage" Go to "Device Manager" Look for your Buffalo adapter. You might have to expand "Network Adapters" or look under "PCMCIA"
Double-click your Buffalo entry. Go to the "Driver" tab Click on "Update Driver" In the "Update Hardware WIzard" (if you are using Windows XP) say "No" to the automatic driver search. Click Next Choose "Install from a list or specific location". Click Next. Choose "Search for the best driver in these locations". Un-tick "Search removeable media". Tick "Include this location in the search". Browse to the unzipped folder on the Desktop and locate one of the folders (WIN9X_MEor WIN2000_XP). What you are looking for is an .inf file, which is the driver. Click Next and finish the wizard. Download the "Quick Set Up Guide" from here - it also shows how to install the driver.
If this is not working or not clear to you, let me know.

Make sure you are on Windows 8 Desktop. Try download the Buffalo WLI-UC-GNM_E-105 driver and run setup.exe with XP SP3 compatible. After the installation, your Wireless-N150 Ultra-Compact USB 2.0 Adapter will be working fine in OS Windows 8.
From Device Manager right click on your wireless adapter and select 'Properties'. Click the 'Power Management' tab and uncheck 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'.
If this doesn't help then first try Rolling back the wireless adapter driver. If still no joy make sure Windows 7 has all the latest updates installed and you have the latest driver for your wireless adapter.
first i would download and install this program
http://www.xirrus.com/library/wifitools.php
that will tell you all the networks being broadcast and what channel they are on
ideally you want to be on channel 1 or 6 or 11 - as they do not overlap
you should be able to download a manual from here
http://www.buffalo-technology.com/support/downloads/
you need to login to the router and then goto the wireless section and changed the channel there
looking at this model
http://www.buffalo-technology.com/products/wireless/wireless-g-125-high-speed/
My dear! alway remember that when you use any new hardware you should install driver first and then plug it with CPU. So it could be possible that when you install driver first then card will pick and work properly.
Thank You
ok, this is an easy fix, just go into device manager and unistall the wireless card, dissable AVG firewall and activate microsoft's firewall. Then Download CCleaner and clean the registry, you can download it from here: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
when you have cleaned the registry restart the pc, it should now detect the wireless card and install the drivers for it, it will show this in the system tray (bottom righthand side where the time is) This should resolve the problem for you post back if you still have problems
make sure that there's a wireless card installed in the laptop. if it has, check that it's installed properly on device manager. if it's installed properly check if the wireless capability of the router is enabled. you can access the router's web user interface for you wireless settings. if you have done evrything but your laptop won't still connect, try to isolate the problem by connecting another laptop to your router wirelessly, if another will connect porperly to the router, it means that there's somethign wrong with your laptop or the other way around
hope this'll help you and just ask me if you have other concern
I have just had exactally the same problem, Right, what you need to do is, go to "help & support" for the start menu, when that has loaded search device manager. Then click on the first [yellow] question mark you see under "network adaptors". The it will come up as, a property box, then click re-install driver, during the process of re-installing a box will appear, like mine did as we both have the same computer/laptop,saying something like; "window's dose not support this" there are 2 options continue installation or stop, click continue & then go to client manager and see wether your wireless card been picked up, if that failed try clicking other question marks & re-installing then. It may be related.
here, read this - you should use an ethernet cable to install the router - it is alot easier but here is the manual that will tell you exactly what to do - http://www.buffalo-technology.com/support/getfile/?WBMR-G54+Manual.pdf
I have also tried that site, But it will still not pick up my wireless card.
Also files are zipped, and itasks me to extract all and run the programme i've tried everything, all fails.
