In the Notification area should be a Torch icon, just tap it. Or try switch the phone Off and then back ON.

Flash player for samsung galaxy grand prime sm-g530az

Try Puffin browser from the google play store, it's the fastest browser with flash support that I know.
Alternatively Flashfox also works, but it's nowhere near as efficient as Puffin.

When i hold a flashlight to my screen. I could barily see the features of my screen. without the flash light I seen nothing. However my keypad lights are lite. What is wrong with my phone?

Sounds like you have accidentally turned off the backlight. Check in settings.
